As the founder, CEO, and Managing Director of the ICT team, he brings a diverse range of entrepreneurial skills to the table. With years of experience in analyzing both domestic and international investment opportunities, Mr. Ursini has a particular focus on real estate-related investments, such as land development, asset-based lending, energy consulting, and physical commodities, with a core specialization in precious metals and stones.

As a resident of the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Ursini established the fully licensed Free Zone Company, ICT Commodities Trading DMCC, in Dubai with the DMCC (Dubai Multi-Commodities Centre). His visionary leadership has enabled ICT Dubai to plan the construction of a state-of-the-art precious metals refinery and jewelry manufacturing facility within the DMCC to further legitimize its presence in the precious metals trading sector.

Beginning his career as a certified financial analyst and investment manager, Firas leveraged his acute business acumen to transition into the world of diamonds, where he has le^ an indelible mark for over two decades.
From his early beginnings in jewelry making to founding his own diamond manufacturing company in Dubai in 2019, Firas has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence. His firm offers comprehensive services, overseeing a diamond's journey from expert planning through precision cu5ng and polishing. Under his leadership, the company has consistently met stringent standards for quality and color optimization.
Driven by an enduring admiration for diamonds, Firas is a largely self-taught individual who sought to expand his knowledge by traveling extensively to visit diamond mines and manufacturing sites across the globe.
